At Heal Rootz, we are committed to delivering your Vakaboom products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to almost all pincodes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50] for orders below ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 500].

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 500].

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within Kerala: 2–4 business days.

  • Major Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues, extreme weather, or public holidays.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking ID will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Damaged or Leaking Products

Since our Vaka Boom Multi Purpose Cleaning Spray is a liquid product, we take extra care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged or leaking bottle:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at healrootz@gmail.com with your Order ID and a photo/video of the damaged item.

  • Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for further details on replacements.

7. Incorrect Address / Re-delivery

Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Heal Rootz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply.
