Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the liquid nature of our Cleaning Spray and the hygiene sensitivity of our Cleaning Wipes, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

We only accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or leaking upon arrival.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

  • The wrong item was delivered

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5–7 working days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if one item in a multi-pack is damaged).

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
